The BurnBot remote masticator has finished work for the week of July 7, 2025 focusing on the upper areas of Incline Pines.
The crews will return next week to work on the lower portions of the community and do some cleanup on the areas already processed.
Wow! Very good.
Phase 1 of BurnBot was terrific. Phase 2,in my opinion, a disaster. Nothing green left. No discretion or discernment as to what was removed. Anything green. Very disappointing!
Absolutely agree. The handcrew seemed to have no supervision or direction. I will be walking the property with the Forester/ Project manager who I have already notified about the situation.
They need to make this right.
Susan and I walked the property yesterday with Lex the forester and Project Manager from Burnbots.
She understands the concerns and was very understanding and informative. She is putting together a letter to owners regarding the process and what is still going to happen. A hand crew will be here next week to make everything look better.
We are definitely more fire safe with the work that has been done, but it still needs to be cleaned up.
Please keep an eye out for her letter in the next few days.
Also, she will be on the Board agenda for the August 6 meeting (changed from 8/7 due to room availability) to answer further questions and concerns from owners.
