Incline Pines HOA management transition

Dear Incline Pines Homeowner: 

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Western Nevada Management, Inc. will assume the management responsibilities of the Incline Pines Homeowners Association beginning October 8, 2025.

We estimate a 30-45-day period to complete the transition, including uploading the financial data and reconciling all accounts. Here is some useful information for the interim:

HOA ASSESSMENT PAYMENT: 
If you have not mailed or processed your October 2025 payment to prior management, you will be able to pay your assessment to the new management company in several ways: 

1. Online Portal: You will be receiving a portal activation email and link before the 8th from Western Nevada Management through AppFolio. You will be able to click on a link to their portal system and activate your account. You can set up an autopay or a one-time payment via Bank ACH, debit card, or credit card. The ACH option is free. The debit and credit card options have third-party fees. 

NOTE: Your automatic payment information cannot be transferred from prior management, so you will need to either set up new automatic payments or send in a check. 

2. Send a personal check or bank check to the following address:

255 W. Peckham Lane, Suite 2, Reno, NV 89509

NOTE: If you have your payment on automatic bill pay with your bank, please update the mailing information to the address above. Make sure the lockbox code ‘IP40’ is listed on the check and that your unit address is listed. 

Your unit reference will be IPA01, IPA02..etc up to IPA40. 

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION: 
A RESIDENT INFORMATION FORM has been included with this notice. Please complete the form and mail or email back in with your October or November assessment payment. This will facilitate your new management company in developing complete and accurate records for emergency purposes.
